It's been quite a journey for me since I had my stroke eight years ago. Dealing with my recovery over the years has been difficult at times physically and mentally.

​After six years of what I thought was too slow of a recovery; through self-advocacy and a lot of other stroke warriors' support; my recovery became remarkable. Over the last 18 months I realized "I didn't know what I didn't know."

It's why I am here. 

Stroke Warrior Radio is here to share valuable information that we've learned with others. Whether your stroke was last week or years ago, there is HOPE for remarkable recoveries.
